General sales terms

• Reservation cannot be cancelled and is non refundable. The total amount of the stay is debited to your credit card account upon reservation.
• Prices are communicated for information only and may change without notice. Prices do not include local holiday taxes levied by some cities where our hotels are located.
• Offer is valid all year from noon on Friday to noon on Monday, subject to availabilities.
• The "Grand Week-End" offer is also valid for a public holiday (arrival the night before or the day of the holiday, or on the weekend, for a stay of 2 or 3 nights covering the period of validity of the offer). The public holidays taken into account are those of the country where the hotel is located.
• Rates are for one or two persons staying in the same Suite. There is an additional charge of €10 each for the third and the fourth persons staying in the same Suite. Free for two children under age 12 staying in the their parents' Suite.
• Regardless of the actual length of your "Grand Week-End" stay between noon on Friday and noon on Monday, the total price of your stay will be that which was confirmed at the time of your reservation.
• Offer cannot be combined with any other discounts or special promotions.
